Hope Your Christmas was a Happy One…
… like most other people we spent the day with family. Catching up on the news and events of the past year, and enjoying an Australian Christmas Lunch. It was a beautiful cold spread… salads galore plus ham, chicken and lamb. But the very best of the total lunch for me was the English Trifle made by Aunty Jean. It was gone in a flash!
Some of the jokes flying around at the time, you might remember for next year… What is Santa’s favourite pizza? One that is deep pan, crisp and even! From one of the kids… Who hides in the bakery at Christmas? A mince spy! What kind of paper likes Christmas music? Christmas (W)rapping paper! Enough!
